Update: Will Shelton Benjamin Continue to Work For ROH?

Despite working a dark match at this Tuesday's WWE Smackdown tapings, Ring of Honor has announced that Shelton Benjamin has been booked against the American Wolves in a match set to take place Atlanta. Benjamin will team with Charlie Haas in the bout, and it appears highly unlikely that Benjamin will be involved in WrestleMania at all considering he is booked for ROH bouts during that weekend. The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the dark match Shelton Benjamin worked prior to this week's Smackdown taping was well received by both the live audience and WWE officials.

The feeling at this point is that it's highly likely WWE will make Benjamin an offer to return to the company following WrestleMania 27. Benjamin himself noted on Twitter that he may or may not be returning to WWE.
